
Jerry Hamlin
Jerry Hamlin has been a Builder, Real Estate Broker, Developer and business owner in the Helena area for over 41 years. Jerry received an accounting degree from Carroll College in 1973 and operated his own Masonry business prior to that.
Jerry obtained a Real Estate Broker’s license in 1985 (license number 1490) and operated a Real Estate sales office, overseeing over 18 real estate agents, along with his construction and land development businesses until 2004 at which time Jerry sold the Real Estate Business. He is currently an active Real Estate Broker at Century 21 Heritage Realty, Inc. in Helena, Mt.
Jerry has developed over 450 lots and has served on the Jefferson County Planning Board for over 7 years. He has built and marketed over 900 homes in the Helena area over the last 40 years and currently builds 20-25 houses per year. He has studied and helped develop subdivision regulations since their inception in 1973. He has been President of the Helena Building Industry, President of the Montana Building Industry, Chairman of the Montana Building Industry’s legislative committee for 7 years, President and Treasurer of the Helena Multiple Listing Service, has been a member of the Governor’s Council on Building Codes and Subdivision Regulations and is currently an active Real Estate Broker specializing in Land Development and New Housing Construction.
